PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE WEBSITE IMPLIES YOUR AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY ALL THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ("Agreement"). If you do not want to be bound by the Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Website. The Terms and Conditions also includes the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference and as amended from time to time (the "Terms and conditions").

In these Terms, references to "PYSM member" shall mean the end user accessing the Website/PYSM services, its contents or using the PYSM Services offered. PYSM member also includes persons such as father, mother, brother, sister, relative or a friend ("Registrant") of the prospective bride/ bridegroom. The terms "You" and "User" shall be interchangeably used for "PYSM member".

By registering on PYSM, you explicitly understand and agree that:

- The minimum age for registering is 18 years for women and 21 years for men.

- You have gone through the Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

CONDITIONS OF USE:
If you visit or sign up at PYSM, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully. In addition, when you use or visit any current or future PYSM service or any business affiliated with PYSM, whether or not included in the PYSM web site, you will also be subject to the guidelines and conditions applicable to such service or business.

In order to keep our services transparent to our members and subscribers to avoid any further inconveniences, we wish to put following TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

THIS SITE IS ONLY FOR PADMASHALIS:
PYSM is run exclusively for Padmashalis to serve Padmashali community and offers effective services pertaining to marriage related services. Registrations of Padmashalis alone will be accepted.

UNSATISFACTORY PROFILES:
Any profile, which proved to be unsatisfactory after becoming PYSM paid member, will be deleted from our database without any prior intimation and no refund of the fees collected shall be entertained.

Customers who have registered his/her profile online which proved to be unsatisfactory at later stage will be deleted from our database without any prior intimation.

PYSM shall follow up customers who have registered their details online asking for paid memberships. Members who are satisfied or not with PYSM may simply ignore the calls or may become paid members at their wish. This need not be a constraint for any customer to become a paid member of PYSM.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES:
Fees (Irrespective of Package taken) once collected by PYSM for providing suitable services is NON-REFUNDABLE. Customers will have to either accept the necessary services provided by PYSM or may ask to stop providing services. Customers who paid fees online may claim their Receipt.

PYSM will not be responsible for cheques sent without crossed or endorsement/sent with wrong name and address, Demand Drafts made in wrong name, Postal/Courier loss or payment made to other than those authorized by PYSM. Customers are requested to click ‘UPGRADE NOW' option provided on the Menu Bar of PYSM website for Safe and Secure Payment.

MEMBERSHIP FEES:
Customers are requested to select Package Options at their wish and make payment accordingly. There are packages which suits every customer with maximum views available and date expiration whichever is earlier. Once the profile is deactivated if either the maximum views are completed or profile date is expired customer has to either make payment again or may drop the idea of subscribing to PYSM at their will and wish. There is no constraint that a customer whose registration expired should make payment again.

SITE POLICIES:
Please go through our pricing policy posted in our site. PYSM reserves the right to make any changes in the site, policies and terms and conditions any time.

CONFIDENTIALITY:
PYSM will maintain the members’ profiles confidential (other than the members who have taken the Membership or that meant for transmission). However, PYSM may divulge such information if required by law.

PYSM may use the members’ details like WhatsApp Numbers, Phone numbers, Email id’s etc., for their good offices for further communication or otherwise if required in case of development of Padmashali community.

RIGHT TO FORM CONSORTIUM/ ASSOCIATES:
While providing services, PYSM may outsource any part thereof to any competent person or organization, with or without disclosing it to you. However, your membership rights and responsibilities continue as against PYSM only and not against such persons or organizations.

INTERCHANGE OF INFORMATION:
PYSM shall not share any details with any other matrimonial service provider and is independent on its own activity. Therefore, interchange of information between PYSM and other matrimonial services is not allowed. PYSM runs Commercial Shows on reputed TV Channels, Promotes its Advertisements through TV Channels, Cinema Theatres, Hoardings, Auto Ads, Train Ads, Digital Display at Railway Stations and other Places etc., and gets database on its own independently. Therefore, no such data is obtained from any other matrimonial portals nor any association by other Matrimonial Bureaus entertained.

SITE ACCESS AND LICENCE:
PYSM grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with written consent of PYSM. This license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant or any use of data mining or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of PYSM. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of PYSM without express written consent. You may not use any other “hidden text” utilizing PYSM’s name or trademarks without the express written consent of PYSM. Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by PYSM. You may not use any PYSM logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark as part of the link without express written permission.

YOUR ACCOUNT:
If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. PYSM reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel subscription at their sole discretion

MISCELLANEOUS:
You will not sell, share or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by PYSM will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services.

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENTS AND REFUND POLICY:
Both the customer and PYSM have the right to terminate service agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are underway. No refunds shall be offered, where the service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway.

FORCE MAJEURE:
Neither party shall be liable to the other for any failure to perform any obligation under any Agreement which is due to an event beyond the control of such party including but not limited to any Act of God, terrorism, war, political insurgence, insurrection, riot, civil unrest, act of civil or military authority, uprising, earthquake, flood or any other natural or man made eventuality outside of our control, which causes the termination of an agreement or contract entered into, nor which could have been reasonably foreseen. Any party effected by such event shall forthwith inform the other Party of the same and shall use all reasonable endeavors to comply with the terms and conditions of any Agreement contained herein.

NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES:
PYSM reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued
